Jio launched 3 new series of Unlimited Data Plans, Rs 601, 51, 101, 151 and ₹11 Plan. Here are all the details of these new Jio Plans.
Before knowing these 3 New Jio Plans, You should know that Jio Unlimited 5G is only applicable on 2GB/Day or above plans. No Jio Unlimited 5G on 1GB/Day, 1.5GB Per day, or other plans.
Jio True Unlimited Upgrade Plans
Jio ₹51 Plan
- 3GB 4G Data.
- Unlimited 5G Data.
- Applicable for 1.5GB/Day Plan with validity upto 1 month.
- Validity till existing active plan.
Jio ₹101 Plan
- 6GB 4G Data
- Unlimited 5G Data
- Applicable for all 1GB Plans and 1.5GB/Day Plan with validity upto 1 month and less than 2 month plans.
- Validity till existing active plan.
Jio ₹151 Plan
- 9GB 4G Data
- Unlimited 5G Data
- Applicable for 1.5GB/Day Plan with validity upto 2 months and less than 3 month plans.
- Validity till existing active plan.
If you recharged for 1GB or 1.5GB per day plan, but now you want to get Unlimited 5G data without Re Recharge for 2GB Per day plan, then you can recharge with just ₹51, ₹101 or ₹151 plan, It will upgrade your existing Non-Unlimited 5G plan to Unlimited 5G plan.
These Upgrade plans are only for those people who forget to recharge for 2GB Per day or above plan or wants Unlimited 5G due to some urgent requirement of unlimited 5G Data. But if you are doing it at the beginning, Then you should go for the 2GB/Day or above plan, because there is no price difference or benefit of recharging after getting 1GB/Day or 1.5GB Day plan.
Jio 601 Plan
- 12 Vouchers of ₹51 each.
- 3GB 4G Data Each.
- Unlimited 5G Upgrade Data.
- Applicable On 1.5GB/Day Plan with validity upto 1 month.
- You can gift this voucher to anyone.
- Validity 1 Year.
It is also not a standalone plan; it is a Jio voucher of Jio with 12 vouchers of ₹51 each. You have to purchase ₹601 voucher, and you will get 12 different vouchers, which you can apply on 12 different times.
For example, if you do ₹299 recharge of 1.5GB/Day plan then you can apply ₹51 voucher from these 12 vouchers, and you will get Unlimited 5G Upgrade. Overall, this ₹601 plan is not beneficial or not giving any price difference than the 2GB/Day plan.
Jio ₹11 Plan
- 10GB Data.
- Validity 1 Hour.
It is a good recharge for those who wants more data for 1 hour for some big thing to download. Jio didn’t mention the 5G capability of this plan.
